Is the KanbanNow App really free for all users?
Yes — the app is included at no extra cost on every plan, for every user. There are no per-seat or per-device charges for the mobile app.

Cancel any time. Payment of the base fees up front annualy will warrant a discount.
What does setup and onboarding cost?
Remote setup - free, we do demo and walk you through everything. Any individual wishes/personlaisations are subject to additional fees and travel costs.
Which ERP systems are supported natively?
SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and proALPHA are supported natively. Any other ERP can be connected via REST API or EDI — each connection is a monthly fee of €100.
